The Law Office has been involved in real estate litigation for over 20 years. The principal has had a real estate broker’s license. He has litigated a broad array of real estate matters, including those involving the purchase of a home, deception, fraud, or concealment by the seller of a home; unfair business practices, or negligence, by a real estate agent or broker, as to their obligations to advise a prospective buyer of problems or defects in a residence that they either know about or reasonably should know about; breach of fiduciary duty, which generally involves the real estate agent or broker hired by someone to represent them in the purchase or sale of a residence; improper or negligent conduct by property managers, or landlords, with regard to their management or operation of residences, including apartments, condominiums, or other property
